Ecoweb Ltd is a duly registered company in the Republic of Mauritius therefore is the owner of the HotelJobs.mu website.

Please read this agreement carefully. It sets out the terms under HotelJobs.mu -Leisure and Hospitality recruitment website that offers you its services as defined in the clauses of this agreement.  You must ensure that before using the website, you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree they shall apply to your use.

This Agreement is made between you and Ecoweb Limited with which you shall be bound once you start using the website.

1.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If the following terms and conditions are not fully accepted, then the use of this website should be terminated instantly.

2. Eligibility for Use of Website

You must be 18 years of age or above to use this HotelJobs.mu website in any way.By visiting or accepting the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge to Ecoweb Ltd that You are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You also admit to the Company that You will use this Site in a reliable manner with any and allapplicable laws and regulations.

3.The Services

3.1By means of this Website, HotelJobs.mu makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service, where recruiters place their job advertisements and if interested, you then submit your applications to the vacant posts.

3.2 Please note that when responding to recruiters you will be dealing with them directly and as such any contracts and/or arrangements will be formed between you and them.HotelJobs.mu cannot be held liable of any liability arising out of a job contract.

4.Use of the Website and the Services

4.1 The Website and the Services are for personal and non-commercial use only. You may copy electronically and print portions of the Website and/or the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. In particular, you may not use any information from any directory or listing or information retrieval service made available on the Website and/or the Services, in connection with any business or commercial undertaking (whether or not for profit). You also agree not to deep-link and/or frame the Website or any of the Services for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by HotelJobs.mu.

4.2 You agree that you shall not use the Website or the Services to transmit or upload material which is obscene, threatening, menacing, offensive, defamatory, abusive, untrue, in breach of confidence, in breach of any intellectual property right (including copyright) or which may cause anxiety to others including racist or sexist content. This applies strictly to HotelJobs.mu including especially video on Talent Page and profile photo.

4.3All information/data included on the website and the Services have been made available for guidance only. All liability of HotelJobs.mu, Ecoweb Ltd, its directors, employees or other representatives are expressly excluded for any loss suffered as a result of your use of the Website and/or the Services.

4.4 The Website and/or the Services may include links to websites and/or services owned and/or operated by third parties. These are provided for your convenience only and HotelJobs.mu is not responsible for and does not give any warranties or make any representations regarding any such websites and/or services and is not responsible for or liable in relation to the content or your use of such websites (save to the extent required by law).

4.5 You acknowledge that HotelJobs.mu is not responsible for third party content on the Website and that HotelJobs cannot ensure that material presented on the Internet is legal. HotelJobs.muwill not limit access to material unless notified that it is illegal. In particular, you acknowledge that HotelJobs is not responsible for and does not monitor the content of job postings provided by third parties on the Website. However, HotelJobs.mushall have the right to remove any postings, materials or other items on the Website which it believes may be illegal or which it determines to be inappropriate.

4.6 HotelJobs.mu will not be a party to any communication whatsoever between you and those responding to any use which you may make of the Services, although HotelJobs.mu reserves the right to monitor any such communication which are made by you or third parties by means of the Website and/or the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

HotelJobs.mu does not grant any license or other authorisation to use any of its trade marks, product names, company names or logos or any of its copyright works or other intellectual property rights by placing them on or making them available by means of the Website or the Services.

6. Availability of the Website and the Service

HotelJobs.mu does not promise full, uninterrupted or error free operation of the Website and/or the Services. All liability of HotelJobs.mu, its directors or employees howsoever causing any loss whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the Website and/or the Services is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law.


When completing a registration form the personal details that you provide must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to notify us of any changes which are relevant to your registration.

8. Data Protection and Use of Personal Information

Your personal data will be collected and processed by HotelJob.mu in accordance with its privacy policy. The personal data collected may include your name, address, telephone and fax details, email contact address, and other data obtained from you from time to time.Information may be gathered from your registration form(s) and your use of the Sites and/or the Interactive Services including through "cookies".


We may at our absolute discretion deny your access to this Website (which may include any of the services or information available through it) or any part of it at any time without explanation. We also reserve the right to deactivate and/or cancel your account in case your access to the website has been inactive for more than 6 months. Therefore, we recommend you to constantly update your account to remain active on the website.

Furthermore, jobseekers are not allowed to have duplication of accounts, so as to avoid duplicate CVs, otherwise your account shall be discretely cancelled.

10. Claims

You agree to indemnify HotelJobs.mu and all companies within the HotelJobs group for all losses, costs, actions, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or incurred by HotelJobs.mu or companies within the Ecoweb Ltd in or as a consequence of your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Website and/or Services (save to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction holds that such a claim arose due to an act or omission of HotelJobs.mu).

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the first party's reasonable control including without limitation any power failure.

12. Notice

Any notice shall, unless otherwise expressly stated, be in writing and shall be given by sending the same by e-mail, first class post, or facsimile transmission to the other party's address as may be designated in writing from time to time. Any notice sent by first class post shall be deemed (in the absence of evidence of early receipt) to have been delivered two days after dispatch. Any notice given by e-mail or facsimile transmission shall be deemed to have been delivered on the next working day following transmission.

12. Notice

13. Assignment

This Agreement shall be personal to you and you may not assign, transfer, sublet, lease or delegate all or any of your rights and obligations, without HotelJobs.muprior written consent.

14. No Waiver

Failure or neglect by either party to exercise or enforce any right conferred shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar that exercise or enforcement thereof or of any other right on any later occasion.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision, or part thereof, shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity

These website terms and conditions may be changed by authorities at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any amendment. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Liability

We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site.

18. Applicable Law

If any part of these terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these terms. The Mauritian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to your use of the Portal although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

19. For Employers

Employers will be entitled to use HotelJobs.mu to advertise job vacancies and/or create a company profile page on the company’s website for a predetermined period following agreement of a predetermined service.

Employers will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement and/or webpage. The Company reserves the right to edit any advertisement or web page as it sees fit. The Company reserves the right to change the service fee and institute new charges or fees, as it deems

appropriate. In the event that any Employer should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other fees or charges due to HotelJobs.mu, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Employer’s web page or advertisement, without prior notice to the Employer and further, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies.

Employers will also be entitled to access the Company’s Job seekers Database but agree that all information obtained will only be used for the purpose of obtaining potential employees and that HotelJobs.mu is not responsible of the truthfulness of the said information.

Employer Refund Policy

In case our service has been unsatisfactory to you, henceforth you may request for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. All cancellation should be received in writing either by post, email or facsimile.
